本研究以延安精神与陕北秧歌的深度关联为核心，系统探究陕北秧歌的历史脉络、文化内涵、传播现状及发展路径。首先梳理延安精神“坚定正确的政治方向、解放思想实事求是、全心全意为人民服务、自力更生艰苦奋斗”的核心内涵，继而考证陕北秧歌从古代祭祀起源，历经盛唐至南宋的文化融合、明清民俗定型、延安时期革命改造，到当代多元化发展的五阶段变迁特征。通过文献研究、实地调研、问卷统计等方法，发现陕北秧歌具有传承传统文化、提升区域经济价值、强化社会凝聚力等多重当代价值，但当前面临文化内涵挖掘不深、传播渠道单一、受众老龄化、人才断层及文化生态弱化等困境。基于此，构建“精神内核-艺术表达-实践传播-价值转化”四位一体融合模式，提出深化文化内涵挖掘、拓宽传播渠道、扩大受众覆盖、加强人才培养、保护文化生态等策略，为陕北秧歌的活态传承与创造性转化提供理论支撑和实践路径，助力这一国家级非物质文化遗产在新时代焕发活力，同时推动延安精神的具象化传播与弘扬。

Focusing on the close relationship between the Yan'an Spirit and Northern Shaanxi Yangge, this study systematically examines the historical evolution, cultural connotations, current dissemination, and development paths of Northern Shaanxi Yangge. It first outlines the core tenets of the Yan'an Spirit, namely “maintaining a firm and correct political orientation,” “emancipating the mind and seeking truth from facts,” “serving the people wholeheartedly,” and “self-reliance and arduous struggle. ” It then traces the historical evolution of Northern Shaanxi Yangge through five major stages: its origins in ancient ritual practices, cultural integration from the High Tang period to the Southern Song Dynasty, the formation of its folk customs during the Ming and Qing dynasties, its revolutionary transformation during the Yan'an period, and its diversified development in contemporary times. Through literature review, field investigation, and questionnaire-based statistical analysis, the study finds that Northern Shaanxi Yangge possesses multiple contemporary values, including preserving traditional culture, enhancing regional economic value, and strengthening social cohesion. Nevertheless, its development currently faces a number of challenges, such as insufficient exploration of its cultural connotations, limited communication channels, an aging audience, discontinuities in talent cultivation, and the weakening of its cultural ecology. In response, this study constructs an integrated four-dimensional model of “spiritual core – artistic expression –practical dissemination – value transformation” and proposes strategies including deepening the exploration of cultural connotations, broadening communication channels, expanding audience reach, strengthening talent cultivation, and protecting the cultural ecology. These measures are intended to provide theoretical support and practical pathways for the living transmission and creative transformation of Northern Shaanxi Yangge, enable this national-level intangible cultural heritage to gain renewed vitality in the new era, and further promote the tangible dissemination and continued inheritance of the Yan'an Spirit.
