川芎为传统的活血化淤药,川芎嗪是从川芎中提取的有效单体之一。现代药理学研究表明,川芎嗪具有保护心脑血管,防止肝、肺纤维化,预防肺动脉高压等作用。对川芎嗪药理作用的研究进展进行综述,为更好地开发利用川芎嗪提供参考。
Abstract：Ligustrazine is one of the active components found in the extract of the traditional herb Chuanxiong(Ligusticum wallichii).It has been reported that ligustrazine causes an increase in blood flow and reduce of gore.Modern pharmacology has demonstrated that ligustrazine has protective effects against cardial-cerebrovascular disease and can prevent kidney and lung from fibrosing,as well as prevent pulmonary artery from enduring high pressure.Progress in the study on the pharmacological action of ligustrazine is reviewed,with the aim to provide reference for the exploitation of ligustrazine.
