基于热传导模型的高温作业专用服装设计与优化

摘要:

高温作业专用服的安全设计是一个备受关注的社会问题。本文根据导热速率在稳态和非稳态传热时与温度、时间的变化规律,及高温作业服的四层结构与外界高温环境距离的不同,建立了基于傅立叶定律的热传导模型,并计算得出高温作业服的内部温度时间和空间分布值。在给定外界高温工作环境条件下,分别从热防护服、空气层及人体皮肤的热传导建立出高温防护服的热传导数学模型,通过遗传算法计算出高温作业服的最优厚度。最后根据计算结果对服装设计提出合理的设计建议。

Abstract:

The safety design of special clothing for high temperature operation is a social issue. In this paper,a heat conduction model based on the Fourier's law was established by the variation of temperature and time of the heat conduction rate in steady state and unsteady state,and by the distances between the four-layer structure of high temperature working clothes and the external high temperature environment,then the variation of temperature of the high temperature working clothes with time and space was calculated by this model. Under the condition of high temperature working environment,the heat conduction models of high temperature protective clothing were established from heat conduction of heat protective clothing,air gap and skin,and the optimal thickness of high temperature working clothes was calculated by the genetic algorithm. Finally,some reasonable design suggestions for the special clothing were proposed.
