户外自主游戏可以提高幼儿身体的适应能力与抗病能力,可以培养幼儿坚强、勇敢的意志品质。但是在幼儿游戏的过程中经常出现很多问题需要教师给予帮助。本研究以西安市Y幼儿园为例,通过观察记录幼儿的游戏行为,对该园教师进行访谈,分析该幼儿园在户外自主游戏中教师的支持现状,从中找出教师支持存在的问题,并对问题产生的原因进行分析,最终提出培养幼儿自主游戏意识策略。

Outdoor independent games can improve children's physical adaptability and disease resistance, cultivate children's strong willpower. However, many problems need teachers' support during the game. Taking Xi'an Y Kindergarten as an example, observing and recording children's behaviors in games, interviewing the kindergarten teachers, this study analyzes the current situation of teacher support in the outdoor independent games of kindergartens, finds out the existing problems of teacher support and the causes, and puts forward the strategy of training children's consciousness of playing independently.
