新时代新年贺词作为一种兼具理论深度与实践导向的文化表达形式，承载着深厚的文化内涵，是新时代中国特色社会主义文化体系的重要组成部分。究其主题，贺词以中华优秀传统文化为根基，赓续革命文化基因，同时凸显社会主义先进文化品格，在多元文化要素的交融中构建出有机统一的主题结构，实现了不同文化形态之间的贯通融合。价值维度上，贺词的文化意蕴通过具体实践得以深化：以文明根脉的当代传承凝聚历史文化认同，以实践淬炼所形成的精神成果增强文化自信，并以民族复兴的使命叙事助推国家统一与强盛，从而构建出从文化认同到精神自信、再到使命担当的递进式价值逻辑，促使文化意蕴转化为推进社会发展的精神动力。聚焦赋能青年发展这一实践指向上，探讨贺词所蕴含的文化力量如何通过价值铸魂与实践赋能，为青年成长发展提供精神动力与路径指引，从而在文化传承与时代使命相交汇的语境下，勾勒出一条以文化人、以文育人的未来进路。

As a cultural expression integrating theoretical depth and practical orientation, new year addresses in the new era carry profound cultural connotations and constitute a vital component of the socialist culture with Chinese characteristics in the new era. In terms of thematic focus, the addresses are rooted in China's fine traditional culture, carry forward the legacy of revolutionary culture, and highlight the character of advanced socialist culture, constructing an organically unified thematic structure through the integration of diverse cultural elements and achieving coherence among different cultural forms. From a value perspective, the cultural significance of the addresses is deepened through concrete practice: the contemporary inheritance of cultural heritage fosters historical and cultural identity, the spiritual achievements forged through practical experience strengthen cultural confidence, and the narrative of national rejuvenation promotes unity and prosperity, thereby constructing a progressive value logic that moves from cultural identity to spiritual confidence and then to mission commitment. This transforms cultural significance into spiritual motivation for social development. Focusing on empowering youth development as a practical direction, this paper explores how the cultural power embedded in the addresses, through value-oriented spiritual cultivation and practical empowerment, provides young people with spiritual motivation and path guidance for their growth. In the context where cultural inheritance intersects with the mission of the times, it outlines a future pathway of cultivating and educating people through culture.
